The Tomato Physics

Maybe since I started the 9th grade, my ability on math got better, all thanks to an uncle, he showed me that the math wasn't my enemy and the most important, that the math was invented to simplify life, and with that change of mentality I go closer to the sciencie, so I began to research a lot about the hole world, but specially on the physics field. So from this area, I choose one of my favorite science physics, and maybe the best physicist of the whole history, Sir Isaac Newton.

It is believed that Newton was born on december 25th, of 1643, the christmas day, on the little town of Woolsthorpe. His father died before Isaac arrived to the world, and his mother left him with his grandma for 9 years, until she came back with a new husband, husband that the little Isaac hated, this made the personality of Isaac. He studied at the Cambrige University, the place where he developed all his knowloge and where he stayed all day and night, specially after the public humillation that he recived by Robert Hooke. One of the most important publication of Newton was the book 'Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica', an amazing book with a lot of demostration of the rules of nature, the first perception of calculus and the description of how the planets and the solar system works. Before his death Newton got the honor of being the president of the Royal Society, place that he stayed until his death on March 31th of 1727. 

In all the contribution that he made on physics, Newton also described the propagation of the sound, a real important fundament for the future and for my studies.

I admire Newton because he is the kind of person that made changes for the world, incresed the knowloge about the world in which we live and also described the universe.

The Tomato Band

The question of which is your favorite band, singer, or musician, is always hard to answer, because there will never be only one, especially for me, because I like some many different kinds of music and I am always opened to listen to new music, so I will name some of my favorite

band. I like the music of the Arctic Monkeys, Gustavo Cerati, Luis Alberto Spinetta, Blink-182, Green Day, George Harrison and Los Prisioneros, but maybe my favorite band is The Beatles, that is why I will talk about them. I know a lot about The Beatles, when I like something, I start to research all about that thing, and when I knew The Beatles, I listened to all the albums, I saw a lot of documentals and read some books about them. They appear on the 60's and from the beginning they played rock and roll, but as the time passed by, they experimented with the music and the thing they could do, so it's hard to define what type of music they played, so we say that they play rock. I like this band especially for their story and the importance of the band on the popular music, but the principal thing I like, is their music, I can listen to it over and over again their music without getting tired. I don't have a favorite song, there are so many songs that I like, but I have two favorite albums, Rubber Soul and Revolver, for me, these two albums are only one, and they are the transition of group of famous kids to a group of real musician who made history.

The Tomato Photos

There is a lot of photos that I like, from the simplest photo of the nature or some animal, until the amazing photos of the Hubble telescope, those pictures of the whole universe that made us feel so small and insignificant. But I decide to choose another kind of photo, something closer to us, but at the same time, a real mysterious, a historical photo. The photo I chose, is the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald, this photo was taken by Bob Jackson, the year was 1963, at that year, the president of the United States John F. Kennedy was shot when he was on his car. A whole investigation started to find the murderer, and everybody thinks that this story ended when they found the guilty of the murder. Lee Harvey Oswald was his name. but on November 24th of the same year, when the police was moving Oswald, a guy named Jack Ruby, crossed a whole crowd of curious people and reporters, overpass a police man and shot Oswald. This event made us think that Oswald didn't kill the president by himself, that the real murderers wanted to silence Oswald. After Ruby shot Oswald, he didn't say anything and until this day nobody knows, why he murdered Oswald. This kind of historical photos are a mysterious, and made an infinite number of theories of the murder of JFK and Oswald. Maybe we will never know who killed JFK and why they silenced Oswald.
